A group of people push and shove to get medical forms for 400 flu vaccines offered at a Safeway in San Francisco Saturday Oct. 16, 2004. Hundreds of people were turned away Saturday from a Safeway supermarket in San Francisco.  The mobile clinic set up inside had only 400 doses of flu vaccine, leading to a chaotic scene outside the store as people pushed and shoved in desperation.
